SDA Portfolio
Within the broader Develop4SDA portfolio, numerous SDA homes and apartments have been developed across Victoria, including High Physical Support, Robust and Improved Liveability typologies designed for participants with complex needs. Upcoming SDA Projects
Further SDA accommodation is scheduled for early 2027, including 12 High Physical Support apartments in Dandenong and 12 High Physical Support apartments in Cranbourne. Additional High Physical Support houses are expected to become available in Frankston and Geelong, expanding accessible housing across Victoria’s key growth corridors.
